Vertiball is a wall mounted precision massager designed to improve flexibility, strength, and coordination by combining joint mobilization, strength training, and active stretching exercises. Stick Mobility is available in the Wellness Corner at Corporate. 

Before starting this program, employees are encouraged to enroll in this course and review the safety guidelines.  Use of this program is strictly voluntary, and employees are required to sign a waiver and release of liability before engaging in any Wellness Corner activity or using the equipment.
