This orientation is designed to give you a comprehensive overview of our company culture, key policies, and procedures so you can hit the ground running. Feel free to ask questions throughout the session at train@copeplastics.com, and we encourage you to actively engage with your fellow new team members as we navigate this virtual onboarding experience together.
